I am Rebecca, also known as The Mortgage Mentor. With years of experience as a mortgage loan originator, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge in navigating the complexities of the mortgage process. Over time, I have earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to my clients, providing guidance and support at every stage of the home buying journey.

PERSONAL BIO

I'm a Carolina native, and I'm thankful to call this vibrant region home. Along with my husband Chris, we have the privilege of raising our wonderful family of four children—three sons and one daughter who are all in their teens and twenties. With all the busyness this brings and our menagerie including five dogs, life can get hectic at times, but it's all part of the ride!

 

In my downtime you’ll find me enjoying nature while hiking through the woods or relaxing on the lake in a boat or on a paddleboard. My wanderlust is strong so exploring new destinations is definitely my favorite indulgence. Reading is another activity I enjoy, and it goes without saying that plants are my thing and my orchid collection grows each year. I'm also invested in real estate developments in this area, from basic land purchases to a short-term rental on Lake Hartwell. On top of that I am a die-hard Tarheel fan so if UNC basketball is playing you can be sure I'm tuned in and cheering them on!
