NATE FAIN
Nate began his career as a mortgage loan officer in 2012 soon after he bought his first house. The process seemed overly complicated with a lot of moving parts and he wanted to be there to help simplify that process for others.
A few years later, Nate had personally bought and sold three houses, and had helped hundreds of people buy real estate. He had learned just how impactful real estate could be when it comes to building wealth.
In 2018, he decided to start making videos to teach others about real estate and mortgages so that others could learn from him on a larger scale.
A few hundred videos later and he’s got over 250,000 followers across his social media accounts.
When he’s not helping people through the mortgage process, Nate is probably on the golf course or spending time in the woods or at the beach with his family.

Nate grew up on a family farm in a small town about 30 minutes south of Lexington, KY. Some of his fondest childhood memories were made going to University of Kentucky basketball games with his grandmother – who had season tickets for the better part of 50 years.
Nate’s a huge sports fan, but Kentucky basketball was his first love. At the age of 13, he was introduced to golf and he was instantly hooked. He spent the next few years learning how to play golf by hitting golf balls around the family farm.
During his junior year of college, Nate met his eventual wife. Soon after they got engaged, she asked if he’d like to move back to her hometown of Pensacola, FL. His passion for golf and hatred of cold weather made that an easy decision.
In 2010, Nate graduated from The University of Kentucky and moved down to Pensacola, where he and his wife live to this day with their three children.
Present day, Nate loves spending most of his free time with his family in any setting. He loves playing sports with them, but he really loves beating them in MarioKart and Uno.
